I am getting an Error Code when using Noosh!

Error codes can be a major problem and also impact your workflow. Unfortunately, not all error codes are similar in the Noosh System.

The errors you can see in Noosh can come in different formats. Below are some examples we have seen and how to approach these errors.

Error Code #1: Error # 1xxxxxxx

  1. When you receive an error code similar to the example provided: #14102070, please raise an inquiry via support@noosh.com as soon as you receive it.
  2. What you need to provide for best assistance is the following:
  • Error Code # as given
  • Exact Steps that you took to obtain the error
  • Your UserID, Workgroup/Company Name
  • Project Name/ ID 

Error Code #2: #-1

  1. What you need to provide for best assistance is the following:
  • Error Code # as given
  • Exact Steps that you took to obtain the error
  • Your UserID, Workgroup/Company Name
  • Project Name/ ID 

Error Code #3: "Error SecurityError: Blocked a frame with origin "http://spd.noosh.com (http://www.google.com/url?q=http%3A%2F%2Fspd.noosh.com&sa=D&sntz=1&usg=AFQjCNHzhKnG4kBaT-Q3qJniLUQSBlIjyg) " from accessing a cross-origin frame."

    and
    https://spd-noosh-com.s3.amazonaws.com/
  3. If you receive the following:<Error>
    <Code>AccessDenied</Code>
    <Message>Access Denied</Message>
    <RequestId>8DE23E84AA9FF559</RequestId>
  4. Please contact your IT to resolve. This is an issue relating to your firewall.
