Starting January 21st, Noosh will be adding a standard “Categories” report under the “Reports -> Standard” tab. This standard report will list detailed contact information within each of the categories that a workgroup has set up with, giving the user easy access to an overview of the contacts within all of his/her categories. Each column of the report will be as follows:
- Name of Category
- Shared Category – whether this category is shared with the whole workgroup
- Last Name
- First Name
- Primary Phone
As with certain Noosh standard reports, users can customize some aspects of this report such as specifying the filter and grouping criteria, renaming the labels for each column and scheduling when the report will be sent to the user’s email address.
