Status: | RELEASED | 02/11/2017 |
Starting February 11th, 2017 - Noosh have enhanced the “Procurement Reports: Sourcing Strategies” report to reflect aggregated savings on orders with change orders.
This may result in changes to values you see in current reports based on this dataset, so please review the following to better understand the change.
The “Data Extraction: Sourcing Strategies” report column view will now consist of “Order Item (Aggregated) and Order (Aggregated)”
Users who are currently using the “Data Extraction: Sourcing Strategies” report will notice a change to their Order Item Grand Total’s data as it will now pull any order with change orders associated to it, aggregating the savings amount across that particular order. Order Items: Item Grand Total will reflect any changes in the procurement process with the final accepted amount after the Savings Amounts from their change order.
Original Report Data Extract:
The above original report data extract pulls in the grand total item of $5,000.00 before the savings amount within a change order.
New Report Data Extract:
The above newly redesigned report will now reflect the change order savings amount – giving users a more accurate reading of their Item Grand Total only on orders with any change orders.
