Suppliers can create an invoice for each order they fulfill.
Note: Invoices can only be created for:
- Orders that are accepted or cancelled
- Orders that have no draft or pending invoices
To Create an Invoice:
- Click Invoices in the Project Menu.
- Click Create Invoice, select the order to invoice, and click Continue.
- If this is a non-billable invoice, check the Non-billable invoice due to checkbox and select the reason why the invoice in non-billable from the drop-down menu provided.
- Enter the invoice details and click Send Invoice.
