Proposal Writer allows an outsourcer to create and manually deliver a proposal to a client outside the Noosh system. The client then reviews the proposal and either accepts, changes, or rejects the proposal and relays that information back to the outsourcer. If the client requests changes, the outsourcer can make any changes needed and create a new version of the proposal. Once a proposal has been accepted, the outsourcer can then award orders and create an invoice for the client (for delivery outside of Noosh).
