Based on specific workspaces and specs, service providers can now set up rules to automatically invite client users and co-workers to the project during project creation.
1. Service providers who have admin privileges can create and manage the automation rules in Admin > Account Settings > Automation. Each rule contains a name, selected targets, the trigger for automation and associated actions. Users can create a rule to invite selected co-workers and/or client users (actions) to the team when a project is created (trigger) involving specific specs and workspaces (targets). Targets and actions are chosen from a multi-select dropdown, listing al available choices (users, workspaces, smart forms) that the user has access to.
2. All rules will be listed in chronological order based on rule creation date in the automation tab. Users can delete any rules that are no longer needed. Please note that the rules cannot have overlaps and must be mutually exclusive.
3. Once a rule is created, it will be applied to all future projects that are created, either by client users in the client workspace, or by the service providers in Noosh Professional.
