These notifications will be generated and sent to users within the project team when:
- A spec has been added to an existing project;
- An existing spec has been edited and updated.
As with our other email notifications, Admin users can controle these two email subscription preferences, either for a particular role or the whole workgroup by going to Admin > Email Notifications > Spec Email Notifications. By default, the subscription for these two spec-related emails are turned off. An Admin will need to manually turn on this subscription in order to start receiving notifications about specs.
