Creating Messages
Format
- Begin your message with phrases like "send [Priority] message to [Recipient], [Subject], [Message Content]”.
Example Messages
- send a message to Joe Serviceprovider: “Please create RFE for spec1 and send it to all suppliers.”
- send a high-priority message to team best suppliers, the subject is: "check order status", message content: "Please check your order status"
- send a message to Joe: “Please update project status.”
- send a message to all suppliers: “Please check the latest RFE.”
- send a message to all: “Please update your task status.”
Message Recipients
Recipient Options
- Send messages using a member's first name, last name, or full name.
- Send message via a team name.
- Broadcast a message to all project suppliers.
- Broadcast a message to all project team members.
Project Page Requirement
- Messages can only be sent from within a project page, if outside a project page, you'll receive a prompt: "Please go to a project page and then send messages."
