How to Create an Option of a Spec

You can create an option of a spec in two different ways.

Method 1:

1. Navigate to the Project Home page.
2. Click Specs in the Project Menu.
3. Check the box next to the Ref ID of the selected spec.
4. Choose Create Option in the Action drop-down.

The new spec appears in the spec list as an option of the selected spec.

Method 2:

1. Navigate to the Project Home page.
2. Click Specs in the Project Menu.
3. Click the name of the selected spec.
4. Click the Create new Option button.
5. Change any relevant fields and click Update Spec.

The new spec appears in the spec list as an option of the selected spec.
