How to Create a Price Sheet Version

You can create a price sheet version for any price sheet you create.

To create a Price Sheet Version for a Price Sheet.

1. Navigate to the Create Price Sheet page. See How to Create a Price Sheet.
2. Click Create & Add Price Sheet Version….

The Add Price Sheet Version page appears.

3. Enter a name for the price sheet version. This is a required field.
4. Check the Active checkbox to make this the active  price sheet version.
5. Enter the path to the price sheet file in the Price Sheet file field. This is a required field.
6. If you want to view the applicable price formulas, click View applicable formulas and select the desired formula.
7. When you have entered all the relevant information, click Add.

You are returned to the Edit Price Sheet page and the price sheet version is displayed in the Price Sheet Versions section.

8. Click Save.

The price sheet is saved and you are returned to the Spec Pricing Preferences page where the new price sheet is displayed in the Price Sheets for… section.
