Working with Price Sheets

Once you have created a price sheet, you can edit, delete, and view the XML for the price sheet.

To Edit a Price Sheet:

1. Navigate to the Spec Pricing Preferences page.
2. Click the Edit icon beside the price sheet you want to edit.

The Edit Price Sheet page appears.

3. Make any required changes and click Save.
4. If you want to add a price sheet version, click Save & Add Price Sheet Version… and follow the instructions in How to Create a Price Sheet Version.

To Delete a Price Sheet:

1. Navigate to the Spec Pricing Preferences page.
2. Click the Delete icon beside the price sheet you want to delete.

A dialog box appears asking if you are sure you want to delete the price sheet.

3. Click OK.

The price sheet is deleted.

To View a Price Sheet:

1. Navigate to the Spec Pricing Preferences page.
2. Click the View icon beside the price sheet you want to view.

The View Price Sheet page appears and displays the details for the selected price sheet.

How to View the XML for a Price Sheet:

1. Navigate to the Spec Pricing Preferences page.
2. Click the View XML icon beside the price sheet you want to view.

The XML for the selected price sheet appears in a new browser window.
