Create a Template from an Existing Smart Form

Noosh users will now have the ability to quickly create Smart Form Templates from new or existing Smart Forms. This feature will save time and effort by allowing the user to create templates, on-the-fly, within a project and not forcing users to create a template from scratch.

Users will now see the “Save as Template” button during the Smart Form creation or editing process, as seen below.

Once a user selects the “Save as Template” button, a confirmation message will appear and notify the user that the template was created.  To prevent workgroups from becoming cluttered, templates are not turned on immediately and must be activated in the “Smart Form Management” section of “My Groups”.
