My Desk Enhancements

On May 22, 2026, we’re rolling out several improvements to the My Desk page to make it more informative and efficient. These updates include new RFQ/Quote data, message previews, and enhanced filtering. Your experience will differ slightly depending on whether you are an outsourcer or a supplier.

Let’s walk through what’s new.

Outsourcer View:

Projects Widget

• Inactive projects are now marked with a grey status dot.
• New filtering options allow you to display:
  • Active Projects Only
  • Inactive Projects Only
  • All Active/Inactive

Due / Overdue / Pending Widgets

We’ve expanded these widgets to include RFQs/Quotes and Invoices for a more complete snapshot of your workload.

RFQs/Quotes

• Due: RFQs with no quotes submitted and due within the selected time range (e.g., Next 14 Days).
• Overdue: RFQs with no quotes submitted and past their quote due date.
• Pending: Quotes created within the selected time range that are in Pending Client Acceptance status.

Messages Widget

• Clicking the Unread link now opens a preview panel showing your unread messages.
• You can reply directly from this preview.
• Note: This is a click‑to‑open feature, not a hover interaction.

RFEs / Estimates Widget

You can now filter and view RFEs and Estimates in multiple ways.

Viewing by RFE

• Displays RFEs along with key RFE details.
• Click the carat to expand and view associated estimate details.
• Filter options include:
  • 5 most recent
  • Past week
  • Past 2 weeks
  • And more

Viewing by Estimate

• Shows estimates directly
• Same filtering options as above:

Supplier View:

Key Differences

• Quotes are not displayed on the supplier side.
• The RFEs/Estimates widget is available, but:

  • Suppliers will only see estimates they have submitted
