AI Companion: The AI Companion is your personal assistant for navigating the HH Global applications. It offers an array of functionalities including Smart Search, Project Copying, Project Creation, and organizing daily or weekly to-do lists - all accessible through intuitive natural language commands. This tool is crafted to simplify your daily tasks, making your interaction with our applications more efficient and user-friendly.

• Overview: A natural language search tool that interprets user commands to perform actions like project creation, copy project, task management, smart search, etc.
• Model Used: The latest OpenAI API and Anthropic’s Claude API.
• Use Case: Converts natural language inputs into predefined search filters and executes actions such as retrieving or managing data.
• Data Sources: User inputs and predefined filter categories from Noosh Datamart

Create Project: Create projects seamlessly using natural language messages; it validates and directs to the Project Overview with highlights or prefilled values based on completion.

Simply type in your project details, ensuring all mandatory columns are covered. It will redirect to the project creation page, review and complete any missing information. Enjoy seamless project management with the Create Project feature! 

Begin your message with phrases like "create project," "make project," or provide detailed information. Sample query: Create a project named Christmas Gift, completion date: Nov 24, 2025, this is for our Christmas party celebration, this is a hot project

Copy Project: Copy project using natural language messages with “Project ID,” “Project Name,” or “Project Number." The system intelligently analyzes your input, extracting pertinent details for the project copying process.

Use the phrase "copy project {xxxx}, new project name is {xxxxxx}, new complete date is mm-dd-yyyy" to initiate the copy process. {xxxx} can be "Project ID," "Project Number," or "Project Name," with case-insensitive search. If the input is not a number, the system will exclude the project ID from the search.
- In cases where multiple projects match the criteria, the system will present a comprehensive list, showcasing project details, to facilitate a user-informed decision during the copying process.

Copy Spec: Copy spec using natural language with spec name. Use the phrase "copy spec {xxxx}" to initiate the copy process.

The system intelligently analyzes your input, extracting pertinent details for the spec copying process. If a singular spec is identified, you will be seamlessly redirected to the copying page.

In cases where multiple specs match the criteria, the system will present a comprehensive list, showcasing project details, to facilitate a user-informed decision during the copying process.

Create Messages: Create project messages using natural language messages directly on project pages.

Begin your message with phrases like "send [Priority] message to [Recipient], [Subject], [Message Content]." For example, send a high-priority message to team best suppliers, the subject is: "check order status," message content: "Please check your order status"

My Tasks: View your tasks using natural language messages, filtered by task plan end date and task priority. If the message doesn't include a date range, i.e.: "show my tasks," "list my tasks," "what are my tasks," then show all my tasks due in the next 7 days (including today).

Run Report: Efficiently search and run reports with Noosh Companion using natural language commands. The system provides intelligent features for seamless navigation.
