Edit Shipments During Close Order

We’re introducing a new Edit Shipment pop‑up on the Close Order page for HH Global suppliers. This enhancement allows suppliers to enter shipment details without navigating away from the order‑closing workflow. This will replace the "Save Draft and Edit Shipment" button.

This update streamlines the process of completing orders and preparing billing by keeping all required shipment data entry in one place. Note: you will still have the ability to update shipment records from the Shipments page at any point.

Edit Shipment Button on Close Order Page

When an HH Global supplier closes an order, a new Edit Shipment button now appears at the bottom of the Close Order screen.

Shipment Details Pop‑Up

Selecting Edit Shipment opens a pop‑up listing all shipments associated with the order. For each shipment, suppliers can now enter or update:

• Qty Shipped - required
• Date Shipped
• Tracking Number - required

Save Without Leaving the Page

Clicking Save updates the shipment records immediately while keeping the supplier on the Close Order page. There is no need to navigate to the Shipment page.

What This Feature Does Not Do

• The pop‑up does not validate whether Qty Shipped = Qty Ordered.
• It is not intended for shipment reconciliation.
• It is strictly a data‑entry tool to support faster order closure and billing.

Supplier Action Required

No action is required to enable this feature. Suppliers should begin using the Edit Shipment button during order closure to enter shipment details.
