Project Navigation Enhancements

We have added a 'Next Spec' button to the spec details page to make it easier to navigate to the next spec without the need to return to the spec list.

The 'next' action will go in order of the specs on the spec list. When you have reached the last spec on the list, the next button will not display. 

A drop-down menu has been added on the Create Spec page to allow you to choose which page to navigate to after creating your spec. The page you select to proceed to will contain the details from the spec you just created, if applicable. 

Each time you create a spec, this drop-down will retain and populate what you selected last time you created a spec.
