Rate Card Usability Improvements

Users will now have the ability to setup multiple rate cards from the same Smart Form/Supplier. Only one rate card can be active at a time. 

Deletion of a rate card will also now be available, as long as the rate card is inactive and not in use.

Ability to Remove Clients from a Supplier

This enhancement will allow a Supplier to be removed from selected Client(s) all at once, instead of removing that Supplier from one Client at a time.

Within My Group > Suppliers, we added a Supplier Name search, so you can locate a particular Supplier more easily. You can enter the full Supplier name or part of the name. This can be limited to particular workgroups, or you can search All. 

Once you locate your desired Supplier, click on the Supplier name. There you will see a new section for "Approved for the following clients," where you can view the Clients that Supplier is associated to, as well as use the check boxes to remove the Supplier from a Client. To remove, simply check the box and click Remove Clients.

Note: The above functionality unapproved a Client from a Supplier. It does not disapprove or remove the Supplier from the current Outsourcer/Buyer workgroup.

Ability to Inactivate Clients 

With this enhancement, an Outsourcer will be able to designate a Client as inactive so that that Client is not selectable when creating a project. 

This is done by clicking on the edit pencil across from the Client name, and selecting the Inactive radio button. 

If there are any projects that already contain the inactive Client, there will be no impact, and you can continue to use that project with that Client in it. Any new projects you create cannot contain the inactive Client.

If a project contains an inactive Client and the project is copied, then Noosh will blank out the Client workgroup and Client User so that the User would need to re-select a new Client/User for that copied project.
