We've added 5 new charts to provide a graphical representation of the activity in your workgroup(s), which can be accessed using the 'More Charts' hyperlink on the Main Charts deskoid on your My Desk page:
These charts include both buy and sell sides, and depending on your workgroup, some charts may not be applicable. Each chart provides a tooltip (hover over the exclamation point) which describes what each chart represents, a filter criteria drop-down, and a drag and move icon to rearrange the charts to your preference.
You can also hover over any of the data bars in each chart to reveal a text box that describes what the bar represents:
Let's take a look at each chart in more detail.
Project Efficiency (Days)
The Project Efficiency (Days) chart displays the average time elapsed between project creation and each of the procurement objects (e.g. from project creation -> first RFE sent) - hover over each bar to show the precise number.
The procurement objects are:
- First RFE sent
- First order awarded
- First order accepted
- Last order closed
- First invoice created
- Final invoice accepted
- First quote created
If an order has been awarded but NOT accepted, that order will not be used in the calculation of “First order awarded.” This will ensure that the same number of orders are being used in both the calculation of “first order awarded” and “first order accepted.”
In the screenshot below, for example, first RFE's are sent on average 87.86 days after project creation. This is based on the last 6 months of data, but the data can also be filtered to show the last 30 days or 12 months.
An additional feature for this chart only - when you click on each data bar you will receive a pop up box that will display a table with the detailed information:
Estimate Turn Around Time (Days)
This chart displays the average time elapsed between RFE sent and estimate received for that RFE. Declined and RFE's with no replies are not included.
The filters for this chart are: My estimates, Workgroup estimates, By suppliers last 30 days, By suppliers last 6 months, and By suppliers last 12 months. Each of these criteria will change the way the data is presented on the chart:
If the criteria 'My estimates' or 'Workgroup estimates' is selected, the chart will display the estimate count, and the average turnaround time for either your own estimates, or the workgroup estimates from the last 30 days, last 6 months, and last 12 months.
If the criteria 'By suppliers last 30 days/6 months/12 months' is selected, the chart will display the estimate count, and the average turnaround time for each supplier based on estimates submitted in the last 30 days/6 months/12 months.
Order Efficiency (Days)
This chart is a display of the average time elapsed between project create and order closed for (up to) the top 10 performers (based on most orders created) - each section of the bar represents a different step in the process, staggering data in three parts.
The first section of the bar represents the average time between project create and order sent to supplier. This will include orders created via estimate and quick orders. The second section represents the average time between order sent to order accepted. The third section represents the average time between order accepted to order closed.
The timeframes available to filter by are: Last 30 days, Last 6 months, Last 12 months.
Quote Conversion
Displays the number of quotes created for each client, and the number of orders created based on these quotes. Quotes Created excludes drafts.
The timeframes available to filter by are: Last 30 days, Last 6 months, Last 12 months.
Quote Time (Days)
This chart displays the average time elapsed between project created and quote sent to client for each client account. The timeframes available to filter by are: Last 30 days, Last 6 months, Last 12 months.
